Job Description :
We have an immediate need for two experienced ASP.NET developers to join a team focused on building web applications in a Sharepoint environment to meet the business process automation and collaboration needs of a contract management organization.
As a member of the team, you will build applications to capture business information and coordinate workflows for financial, personnel and contract information including the incorporation of supporting Enterprise Data into these workflows using service oriented architecture (SOA) and/or database extract, transform and load (ETL) techniques.
Specific duties include:
- Work effectively with Business Analysts to understand the business information, workflow and user experience requirements of an application.
- Analyze requirements, propose and review designs with other team members, develop, integrate and unit test SharePoint applications based on Infopath and/or Windows Workflow services. Work effectively with the larger team to deploy and support SharePoint applications in multiple testing (e.g., development, integration, system test, staging) and production environments.
- Work effectively with a Project Manager to provide quality estimates for time and effort to produce assigned applications. Report on progress and status of assigned applications to the project manager. Work effectively with QA team to diagnose and resolve defects as they are discovered.
- Work effectively using agile software lifecycle management processes, especially: source code control, weekly builds, configuration-managed testing environments, software change request management and the like.
- Work effectively with other team members to share knowledge and expertise, identify and resolve problems, support the overall project objectives.

Job Requirements :
- 2-5 years experience in ASP.NET development, including demonstrated experience with building sites and/or data collection/workflow applications using one or more of Sharepoint Technologies, e.g.: Sharepoint Portal server, Sharepoint Services, InfoPath, Windows Workflow Services.
- Demonstrated experience with structured software lifecycle management processes and related tools for applications development (e.g., Visual Source Safe, Requirements Management Tool, Unit Testing Frameworks, Mercury Test Director / HP Quality Manager for issue management).
- Demonstrated ability to specify, establish, administer and maintain development and testing environments.
- Ability to come “up to speed” very quickly, “dive-in”, “work independently” and produce high quality SharePoint applications rapidly.
- Excellent communications skills and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Information Technology.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
