Profile
Primarily, we function as a systems developer/integrator, implementing cutting-edge technology solutions for our customers to achieve their goals and objectives. We provide our expertise across many disciplines, namely, system/software acquisition, engineering, development, testing, Quality Assurance (QA), Configuration Management (CM), software release, and field software support. Furthermore, we utilize the technologies of information management and dissemination, situational awareness, and mobile network and communications to satisfy customer requirements. Overall, we provide successful solutions in the battle space, Homeland Security and commercial industries. Our long
term goal is to expand our technical staff to enable us to offer
turn-key software solutions to our customers in both the Department

STI was
formed to provide software and systems engineering to the Software
Engineering Center (SEC) of the Communications and Electronics Command
(CECOM) of the US Army.
