Network Operations
Center - Vehicle (NOC-V)
The NOC-V
provides a seamless and interoperable tactical data network capable
of interfacing with the strategic, commercial, joint, combined,
and coalition data communications systems through the BSN. It is
the Army's S6 shelter for the Stryker Brigade Combat Teams (SBCTs).
The NOC-V provides the S6 with an operational facility and an integrated
means to plan, manage, monitor and control tactical systems and
networks that are within their management domain.
STI supported this system from inception.

STI provides
professional services in support of S&TCD's critical objectives,
including transformation of its communications architecture, reduction
in complexity for operators in the field, Information Assurance
and Dissemination Management, and the Introduction of New Technologies
to Protect Future Tactical Networks. Our services promote the Space
and Terrestrial Command Directorate's (S&TCD) position through
Technology Insertion and Innovations which are paramount to achieving
cost savings, schedule reductions, extended system life, increased
functionality and improved product quality. STI innovations are
the products of progressive management, effective engineering approach,
continuously improving processes, and an aggressive solutions-oriented
work force. Our ability to maintain an experienced engineering staff
with low turnover ensures continued availability of our expertise
to the S&TCD Computer Systems Integration (CSI) Division.
